Catria Solutions has developed a 3rd party call control for internal use to be used with the Epgyi Quadro phone systems. This was an internal project to test the feasibility of matching data from the Autotask MSP system to our own phone system using the Autotask API.
We were successfully able to pattern match data from incoming calls to the data provided by the Autotask API.
