In2AT is designed to better manage the communication flow in Autotask between your service operators and your clients.

When you email a client you can bcc the email to another account - our software checks that mail account and downloads the email message, the software then matches the customer email address against the stored Autotask email. If the software finds a match it will append that note to the clients file for easy access.
